Order Processing

How long does it take to process orders?

• Online and phone orders will normally be dispatched the next business day (Mon-Fri), except over Public Holidays. 
• Post/Email/Faxed orders will be dispatched the next business day after validation of payment. 

What are the delivery timescales within Australia?

• Your orders should typically arrive within 3-5 business days after despatch for Standard delivery and within 2 business days for Express delivery. Shipments to a remote area may take 1-3 business days longer.
• It is your obligation to ensure delivery address details are correct. Additional shipping fees will be charged to re-direct or re-send your order.

What are the delivery costs?

• Standard Delivery within Australia, is calculated as 15% of the value of goods, (minimum $10.00 - maximum $25.00)
• There are no freight or handling charges for Unwrapped Cards.
• Express delivery is available for $14.95 to most areas and $35 to remote areas. Please note we are unable to ship bulky items or to PO Boxes by Express Post.

How do I qualify for Free Delivery within Australia?

• If you spend $200 or more online we will pay for your standard shipping (not Express) within Australia.  This amount will be automatically discounted when you checkout.
• *Please note Unwrapped, Trailwalker fundraising chocolate, Gift Vouchers and Furniture do not count towards your $200 shipping goods cost. Valid online for orders with a shipping destination within Australia.

Who will deliver my order?

• Your order will be dispatched by either Australia Post or Toll Logistics, depending on your location, weight and size of the order, and freight costs.

Can I 'send to a friend'?

• Absolutely! It costs the same to deliver to a friend or family member at a different address within Australia.
• Just choose the delivery address option during your Checkout ensuring that the destination address details are correct, as re-direction fees will apply.
• If you are sending a gift to a friend please use your address details for the billing address so that we can make sure that the receipt is sent to you and not your friend.

What If Your Address Is Unattended At The Time Of Delivery?

• All Oxfam orders are sent with "an authority to leave" unless otherwise requested and we can't accept responsibility for orders left unattended. If you would like to sign for your goods please let us know by leaving a comment in the Order Comment field during the checkout process (step 6).

International Orders

*Please note that we currently only ship to Australia, New Zealand, USA & UK.

• Standard delivery timescales specified above do not apply to international deliveries.
• Standard International shipping is calculated as 20% of the value of goods. 
• For delivery to New Zealand, (minimum $30.00 - maximum $50.00)
• For delivery to USA, (minimum $60.00 - maximum $100.00)
• For delivery to UK, (minimum $50.00 - maximum $100.00)
• There are no postage and handling charges for Unwrapped Cards
• Sorry, Food & Drink items cannot be delivered overseas
• You can email us about international delivery on mail_order@oxfam.org.au.
• Please note for International orders our freight charges should be used as a guide only. If your order is above 2Kg there may be an additional shipping charge. If an additional delivery cost is applicable we will contact you prior to shipment.
• We do not unfortunately offer order tracking on International orders.  Therefore if an order is lost in transit we will not be in a position to refund the cost of the order.
