Returns and Refunds

General Information

Please remember that most of our Artisan products are handmade, so it is important to note that there may be slight variances in colour or size – this is what makes our products unique.

Our Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us that’s why we offer a ‘no questions asked’ returns policy so that you can shop with confidence. If you're not totally happy with your purchase or an item* has arrived damaged, please return the product to us within 14 days either via Australia Post or through your local Oxfam Shop and we will arrange an exchange or refund.  Find your nearest Oxfam shop here.

*All items should be in saleable condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging (if any), and the item is unworn, unused and as sold).

Do I require proof of purchase?

Yes, all returns and refunds require proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept the return and cannot offer refunds for the following items, unless they are damaged. 

     • Food & Drink items
     • 'Oxfam Unwrapped' cards
     • Pierced ear earrings (health reasons)
     • CDs where the packaging has been opened
     • Clothing range - Refunds will not be issued if the product has been used or damaged.
     • All items that are deemed unsaleable
     • Gift Cards
     • For health reasons food cannot be returned, for damaged products please contact our Customer Service team, who will arrange for a replacement.

How will my refund be processed?

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Did you purchase or receive an item you believe is faulty? 

If you’ve purchased or received an item you believe is faulty please return the product to the location you made the purchase. If the items is determined to be faulty you will be offered an exchange or refund.

Who pays for the return postage?

We offer FREE return delivery via Australia Post, providing the item is returned within 14 days of receipt and returned in it’s original packaging.

How should I return my item?
Please return all products with their barcode tags intact, re-using the packaging materials the product arrived in. Fragile items need to be bubble wrapped and posted in a rigid box. To assist in quickly processing your return, please also include a copy of your invoice. Your feedback is invaluable to assist us improve or product range and service, we would appreciate knowing why you decided to return your purchase.

Can I return my International order for Free?
Whilst returns within Australia are Free, we are unable to cover the cost of returning International orders. Unfortunately these cost’s will be with the purchaser.

Where can I return my item?
All eligible Oxfam Shop purchases made in-store or online can we returned to any Oxfam Shop Australia-wide.
